Returns Policy

  • We are happy to accept items returned to us within 7 days of purchase. We will refund your card once the items are received and processed.


  • Items returned to us after the 7 day grace period will be eligible for an exchange/credit within an additional 14 days (21 days total). Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the sole discretion of Belle Blu Boutique Limited and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.


  • For hygiene reasons, earrings, cosmetics and lotions, body enhancers and underwear are non-refundable or exchangeable.


  • Please understand that items must be returned to us in same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. Belle Blu Boutique Limited reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than 'faulty'.


  • We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging must be returned.


  • Please package your return securely. Jewellery and watch items must be returned in their original boxes to ensure protection. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.


  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund deliver/postage costs if the return is determined as 'faulty' or as a result of our error.


  • All items returned as 'faulty' will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as 'faulty'.


  • Return shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
