By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on our website and are subject to the Belle Blu Boutique Ltd. terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately via email.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Product Information
We will take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where there has been an error in product information, including prices and promotions.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to individual product size guides where relevant.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. The colours of the items viewed on our website may vary slightly from the actual colours of the items, due to the limitations set by your monitor's colour profile. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Shipping/Delivery
All orders will be sent via An Post. We offer free shipping on all orders over €35.00. Orders less than €35.00 will be charged a flat rate of €5.00. Requests for Express post will be charged €7.00. Orders received weekdays (excl. Bank Holidays) before 1pm will be shipped same day. Orders received weekdays (excl. Bank Holidays) after 1pm will ship next business day.
